  1. Actually it did happen to me. What had happened is The rails on my powrsupply went wacky when I upped the Overclock and then when I went back down it was still the same. Check your rails in the bios and see if they are fluctuating alot. I bought a new powersupply and everything is good again. I had a TT 480 watt at first and the new one is an OCZ 480watt modstream and this things is great. Good luck, hope everything works out ok
  2. Yeah Nforce 2 is the way to go for overclocking I can tell ya that. I have the NF7S V2 also and a 2800 barton ( Locked ) Overclocked to 2.5. I am on watercooling though but still. Your barton has alot of potental. I have an ATI card in my NFS and never had a problem and it has been about 2 years. I am upgrading soon to 64 bit though. Back to your problem. I might of missed this in the post but did ya try a differant power supply also. Unplug it from your motherboard for about 15 minutes also and then reset the cmos while it is unplugged and see if that helps. Probably already suggested. Good luck.
  3. It is on my website. Still learning how to post pics on here. As far as drilling holes in the case that is no problem at all. Then countersink them a little to get that rounded look at the hole. The switch button has these 2 little prongs on the side and they slide into the little spaces on the front to lock it in place. Could i just dremal it off and hot glue it or something in the differant location. It is molded into the front bezel. Ill take a pic that would be easier. How do you put pics on here. It would be so much easier. Thanks for your help. This site is awsome. I will be adding pics soon of the inside of the case. Off to buy a hole saw. Only thing i don't have yet lol. PS: Can anyone help me out with moving the front power and reset buttons please
  4. Thanks. White color fans would be awsome. I will have to look and see if I can find some. I was thinking about putting to 2 80 mm fans on top or would ya think that only one 120 mm would look better. One in the side also. I have no use for this case right now. It is just practice. I have a another psone lcd screen laying around so maybe I could put that in the front. I kinda want to do something different though. I got the front done now and I will be posting pics for that this mouring. Thanks for the ideas. Oh yeah is there a guide somewhere where it shows ya how to move the start and reset buttons in the front of the case. Or maybe a key switch or something. That would allow me to do so much more if I could move them. I searched but didn't really find anything yet
  5. Well here is my first adventure with a 10.00 case that I got. I went with blue and silver because they rae my favorite colors and of course i am a Cowboys fan lol. I know I know. Well tell me what ya think. It is not perfect by all means but I have learned alot doing it, like taking pics before i start lol. Oh well next time. It is not completely done yet so I will be adding more pics soon. I haven't figured out how to post pics on here yet. Have to read so check on the link to my Web Site with them on there. Dont go by the dates on the pics. My camera got screwed up and I havent fixed it yet. Just took them yesterday. Any siggestions of what I could do further would be great.
  6. Well it is a Koolance case and it has plexi on it already., but maybe I could cut it somehow to fit. Ill show ya.My Webpage Here is a better picture of what I am talking about. Look at the top and bottom of the lcd unit and you will see the chrome.
  7. Hello all. It's been awhile.. Well I just did a mod as you will see by the pics of an LCD into my case. Well I am looking for suggestions because the hole I cut into the door is a littlr to big, no don't get me wrong it looks alright and is even but I can see some chrome from the lcd unit. It is really bugging me lol. Is there anything that I could by the I guess drame it in or should I just get a new door. I am ok with it I guess if I can't. This is my forst mod and it went pretty well but I like it to be close to perfect. Any suggestions would be great.
  8. I look at this way. If we did not want to buy new stuff anyways in the near future we would not risk overclocking right lol.
  9. I don't know if this will ease your mind at all but I am running an AMD athlon 2800+ at 1.975 vcore 2.5 ghz for over a year now with no problems. I have had it to 2.6 @ 2.075 vcore, but was a little uneasy about that so I went back I am on water cooling, but with a koolance pc2 650 case. I have done some mods to that also, but nothing major yet. My idle temps are 27c and load temps are 32 is the highest I have gotton after playing bf for about 3 hours. NF7-s V2.0 (D23 3d fire TicTac Bios) AMD Athlon 2800+ @ 2.5 GHZ PC 3200 xms duel channel (Corsair) ATI 9600xt Samsung SATA 120 Gig HD TT 480 watt psu TT memory cooler PC2 650 Koolance case- (Put 3 blue led tt fans on top for the rad, all blowing out)
  10. Here is mine. still working on it. Got rid of all the shortcut arrows, modified the start button.. Just messing around is all. The wallpaper I just though was really cool from Case Mod God forum. I am gonna try and make my own soon.
