I don't have access to another pc

Sorry if I am posting a lot, but I just used microsoft security essentials and it said that it did not find anything. Could that mean something?

I for some reason cannot get my computer into safe mode. When I tried to download roguekiller, it just downloaded a bunch of useless crap.

If I download enderpoint, wil lthat interfere with AVG?

Well I am tapping the f8 button as soon as I see my mobo's manufacturers logo, but it won't start in safe mode. Is there another way of getting into safe mode?

Also, every time I run a manual scan, it also finds it.

Alright, so AVG keeps telling me that it is finding a Trojan horse on my computer. I select the option to destroy it, and it says that it is gone. But it keeps coming back with the same trojan horse even though it says that it has been removed. I don't know what to do and if anyone could help me that would be great.
