IVIYTH0S Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I think the solution to your problem is buy more ram. Or sell off that percentage of his OS....
d6bmg Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 29 % of how much ram do you have ?? If you have 8 gb and run w7 64bit that is about right. Yeah i have 8 GIgs so that's about right? Your PC is only using 2.3GB od RAM. Its pretty much low IMO. My PC, which I use as normal vmware client & to browse internet, even uses ~3GB of RAM at startup. DanTheGamer11 Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I'm using 1.85GB out of 4GB so I'm at less than 29% no your not hahaha I'm using 1.85GB out of 4GB so I'm at less than 29% That's almost 50%. I think he meant less than 29% aware of how to correctly calculate percentages lol But yeah, that RAM usage seems just fine, the more RAM you give windows the more it will precache your most use applications in for your so things run smoother/faster. I'm at about 2.85GB/16.4GB (my computer likes to use or lose 2GB of my memory whenever it feels like it) so I'm at a little over 17% It would be <29% if I had 8GB, whoops
ELITE28 Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 that's pretty normal. I've been over 75% on 16 gigs, that surprised me a little
