DanTheGamer11 Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Ah okay, I guess I'll send Razer an email! Nobody here has a non MS xbox 360 controller that they (also) use on PC(Steam Big Screen etc)?
l1il Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Well, I once tried using a PS2 with a USB adapter, but you have to surf around to find a driver. It is nice to try to find whether a buggy driver or a plain virus. PS3 controllers are not officially supported on PC. To be frank, Logitech controllers are less fully-featured than 360's. Plus, I could never smash a 360 controllers by rage, while I havegone through 2 playstation controllers. Plus, Microsoft blocking UNsupported wireless controllers, those are China-made copies withpirated firmware or similar. I am sure that Razer pays it's due to M$oft to keep the support of theircontrollers.
Locutus Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 (edited) Had an official MS controller and it was alright. Wish I didn't get rid of it, ended up getting a MadCatz and it's kind of meh. Don't buy used! I hear the Onza is nice, but it's a bit pricey. I would consider a Refurb though, if I saw it up on Woot (they have the Onza every once in a while but they tend to sell fast.) Ah okay, I guess I'll send Razer an email! Nobody here has a non MS xbox 360 controller that they (also) use on PC(Steam Big Screen etc)? I do. WhenKittensATK Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 (edited) You can get 3rd party wireless adapters for 360 controllers for like ~$10 on Amazon and Ebay. This is the one I own (It's actually the white model, wrong picture). Edited October 6, 2013 by AZNguyen
