Plus if I get a board that has up to 32gb support, I plan on buying single 8gb sticks which means I can use 8gb for the OS and 24gb for a RamDisk and I will be able to fully install any 2 - 3 games at a time and run them completely from the ramdisk along with my OS's PageFile.

Putting the pagefile in RAM is completely the wrong thing to do.

Also, CPU speed (especially these days) matters a lot for loading times. Just putting your stuff in RAM isn't going to make you load faster than someone with a new i7 and an SSD (with the exception of OLD games).

Anyway - there are a few s775 boards that "support" 32 GB of RAM on Newegg but they aren't enthusiast boards. Enthusiast 775 boards are getting pretty rare these days.
