Try checking it within bios mode... if problem still there then maybe you could try updatin' your bios...

Why would it fry on 2.3 v??? My ram is running on 2.3v at 545 timing 5-5-5-12 1T. And I mean daily... Voltage default at 2.0v. ... This my memory is not under any cooling at all except for heat spreaders..

set your vdimm to 2.3 v if u want ur ram to go 533 mhz... ur proci too will need to raise the vcore... Note : gek proper cooling on proci n memory.. A strong fan would do just fine...

Yes when I mean 2 stepp you go from 14 to 12... Ur ram can handle up to mem bus 400 Mhz so you don't have to worry about it... as u are using ddr2 the voltage can go up between 2.1 v to 2.4 v is a safe zone...

I wouldn't buy that E4400 if I were u.. E4400 is hard to get it running on OC. I've tried a few of these proccesor E4400... I'll put my hands on E4300 or E4500 which is much2 better...

For Adata don't buy the 1200+... It's bad... The one with D9GMH is the 1066+ mem bus. So make sure you get the 1066+...

I think u should lower down that multiplier by 2 step... don't forget the HT Link is 1 step lower.. as for your proc voltage just go for default this time... what memory are using?

Why don't u use Adata extreme Edition?? 2 Gb kit... All of the chipsets are Micron D9GMH!

Wow.. your cpu is obviously running too hot!.. my advice would be to change you mainboard. As you may have to look for a very nice power supply aswell coz this is damn important when your OCing.. when you have a standart power supply it could sooner or later damaged your other pripheral...

Try installing from the recovery cd... If u don't have one then use vista bootable n install it with ur current laptop..
