  1. Just thought I would chime in regarding Fluid XP. I too wanted to be enviropnmentally friendly, and thought I would give Fluid XP a try. I was suprised when I recevied the stuff, due to the milky consistentancy, and the white flakes. But this was my first water cooled rig, and thought I was safe. Well.... I just had to purge my entire system, clean the goo from my CPU blocks, and replace all of my hoses. As there was what looked like calcification in them. I'm going to head the other advice, and go with distilled water and Zenex coolant. I really hate to bash any vendor, but I am REALLY unhappy with the Fluid XP. Michael
  2. This is my Dual Dual Core AMD 285 rig, with a Tyan K8WE mobo, Dual 7900GTX SLI, with a 3Ware RAID controller driving four water cooled 320GB hard drives. You will note, that there is a Water Cooled PC Power & Cooling 1KW supply, as I had a custom heatsink made. I used a 7 way manifold to put all devices on thier own cooling loop. This all goes to an external radiator in another room. The thing is silent. I am using virtually all Aqua-Computer equipment, including Aquaero monitoring
  3. I had a custom machined water cooled heat sink made for the PC Power & Cooling 1KW supply. I also went with a 120MM external fan, which runs much quieter. But as a result of the water cooled heatsink, the fan is running almost silently all the time. I have construction pics for the heatsink, and would be happy to post them if anyone is interested. Michael
  4. This has two triple 120MM Danger Den radiators. I am using a HYDOR L35 pump, and a Sunbeam Theta fan controller, but plan on switching to something else, as the Theta software doesn't support XP 64 bit. If you notice the two relays, one controls the pump when the power supply is turned on. The other relay is powered by a cable running from the PC. When I turn on the PC, the power trips the relay, turns on the supply, which in turn turns on the fans and pump. M
