  4. Shoot me suggestions, but no mATX please
  5. I really doubt I'll overclock, I won't even have proper cooling to begin with so it's kind of out of the question. edit: I'll prolly get the p8p67LE to to reduce the cost.
  6. http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=12200BD4322 It's that cpu. I do not plan to overclock, I think, but you never know. I'm open to budget saving suggestions.
  7. I'm going to upgrade my current setup, it will pretty much be a new comp. New pieces: Intel Core i5 2500 Quad Core Processor LGA1155 3.3GHZ Sandy Bridge 6MB ASUS P8P67 Pro REV3.0 ATX P67 LGA1155 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI Sandy Bridge B3 Motherboard G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Memory Western Digital WD Caviar Blue 1TB SATA 6GB/S 7200RPM 32MB Cache 3.5IN Hard Drive OEM Zalman Z9 ATX Mid Tower Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS Front USB & Audio Old ones: LG DVD+-RW Sata Antec Quatro pro 850w psu Evga 9800GT (temporarily I see a 6870 in my future) Basically these are "budgets" upgrades from my current setup that I fried. Total costs after taxes and all will be about 600$. I'm really not looking to spend more but any comment/feedback, etc are more then welcome. Thanks in advance
  8. lol what an old thread, anyway i'm currently staying with my soprano till... idk just till i have xtra cash XD
  9. Well it depends usually directcanada.com have better prices, both stores share the same warehouse but direct seems to be a bit less expensive most of the time
  10. I dont see any problem.... but im not an expert
  11. Unless u already have that board pick another 1, and go for the q6600 I got that board and a Q6600. I honestly regret that move, i would have been so better with x38,x48, or even p35 with single gfx card. And the q6600 i really a better value and it Oc easy... but not on nforce chipset even with lastest realeased bios they are lacking on that side. Honestly pick another board if its not for sli, if its for sli wait for 790i lol. EDIT: It<s just my opinion doesnt necessarily worth alot
  12. I would avoid that microsoft mouse, we got 1 at the store and its really really weird, the mouse is really high and ure wrist cant really touch the desk or w/e. its not a good mouse to me, the trackball is prolly the best 1 in the lot imo
  13. I hope this topic will never die ^_^
