Compxpert Posted August 1, 2009 Posted August 1, 2009 So once again, the TRUE spanks the competition. Stuff is making gains though I doubt it will hold its top position forever.
Boinker Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 (edited) Just a quick question. (Its kind of on topic and kind of not) How much heat does the I7 Produce at stock and overclock? Is it the hottest chip out there or what does it compair too? Im running a coolermaster gemini II on my phenom II x4 940 with two 50cfm fans. could any of the HSF in the tests ran be an upgrade for me or do I need to look to water cooling to find a greater result. Only reason is my cpu temperature at full load is 55c and I want to explore better cooling options before I overclock it any further then 3.515 GHZ. Thanks in advance, Boinker.
