That's right from what I remember of what Waco has said of the one mono he fried it was the vrms that went and the custom water cooling he has means that he can keep pushing his gear to points where hardware starts limiting opposed to temperatures (thus cheap tim or expensive tim making no difference as the CPU and GPU are cooling rather well under their waterblocks).
