I'm trying to think of things that would matter that are in the nVidia control panel but not in CCC but I'm coming up a bit blank. PhysX is really the only difference IMHO. the game profiles thing ccokeman mentioned is a big deal. being unable to force AA/AF etc is extremely frustrating. just like with physx and 3D vision, it seems to me that if these options aren't available to you, you're missing out on stuff and that's just not good enough for me.
