LTB Audio systems, Inc. is planning to release a unique new wireless audio device called a Q-Bean. This orb like device is about the size of typical automobile key fob, and it offers everything from digital CD-Quality audio to a built in microphone for speech and remote tracking features for Windows users. The Unique Bean will be offered in several cool colors and should capture the interest of PC and laptop media users. The initial product will come with a US plug & play transmitter that requires no software for Windows, Vista, Mac or Linux operating systems. In addition, the system will have additional transmitter optional accessories for popular MP3 players Like Ipod and Zune as well as wireless interfaces to standard audio systems and gaming consoles.

 

The LTB ARIO Q-bean system will allow a wireless two link to personal computers. The built in microphone enables a user to take advantage of VOIP, Speech recognition and speech to text features. The dedicated wireless technology uses a unique adaptive frequency system that virtually avoids conflicts with cordless phones, Bluetooth devices, WiFi routers and even Microwave ovens. The ARIO wireless technology is similar to Bluetooth in that it uses a secure pairing synchronization to secure the connection. From that point the Bluetooth similarities are done. The ARIO technology provides a robust digital non-compressed signal that has a range of up to 100 feet and cancan provide zero latency voice communication, some things Bluetooth has failed to do. The convenient and colorful Q-Bean offers a sleek and trendy new format for digital wireless audio streaming. The product will include a color coordinated adjustable lanyard to wear around your neck or you can clip it to a pocket in start trek style. The included ear buds are high performance in-ear variety. The Q-Bean will be offered with at least 5 unique colors to suite every taste.

 

ARIO wireless technology is based on a true digital uncompressed technique that solves the interference problem often encountered in the 2.4Ghz band by users when they have several wireless devices operating in the same environment. These devices include cordless phones, Wifi Routers, Bluetooth or even microwave ovens are present. This advanced RF technology delivers non-compressed CD-Quality audio and simultaneous full duplex Based on a one to one pairing technology, the ARIO audio systems can seamlessly provide interconnectivity to different devices via several wireless bridge devices such as popular MP3 and WMA players, USB plug and play adaptors as well as wireless audio bridges and wireless speakers. The new technology has a range of 100 feet and the headsets can hold a charge good for up to 15 hours of continuous use.

 

LTB recently showed the ARIO 2.0 Q-Bean and ARIO 2.1 models at the 2007 CES in Las Vegas. "This new wireless technology will offer wireless convenience to desktop and laptop computer users," said Tony Tong, Product Manager for LTB Audio Systems. The Headphone systems will built-in microphone and a 2.1 headphone version will be equipped with a sub woofer in each ear cup designed to provide low frequency response in music and gaming.
