Choosing between 2 AH-IPS monitors

Hi, I'm choosing between two AH-IPS panels

Constants: HDMI connectivity, 3m viewing distance for both monitors

Choosing between:
Dell S2340L (23 inches)
PHilips 224E5QHSB (21.5 inches)

 

There's an $18 difference between these 2 choices here in my country, is it worth the extra size for that price gap?

Yea that's a good deal. I would spend the extra $18.

I'd go with the Dell.

 

I hate Philips (we used to do all of their factory authorized repair and refurbishment work).
