RyanMclaughlin Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Hello everyone, I'm new here and today i come to you with a problem that has been annoying me for over a month now. Artifacts and screen tearing.... What i mean by this is in games i have tearing all over my screen and there are worse when i start up my computer in the morning but the artifacts are like multiple pixels going black and white all over my screen, again these are worse in the morning and in game loading screens/Videos. Its starting to become more of a mild inconvenience. Any tips or advice, i'm just about to start deseating my graphics card. Now this doesn't seem to be a problem with my monitor or cables as i have replaced both and still having the same issue. Also people can see these tears and artifacts when im on teamviewer also. SpikeSoprano Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Did you upgrade the video drivers lately, if not do so, if you did and the problems started try going back to the older drivers.
wevsspot Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 You have integrated graphics on your APU. The first thing I'd do is enter your BIOS and make sure that the integrated graphics is enabled. Save changes and power down. Remove the discrete Radeon card. Connect monitor to onboard graphics. Fire up machine and install drivers if prompted. Test. Report results.
