I've submited a "Buyer Complaint Form" to PayPal... let's see what PayPal comes up with. On a side note, I did attempt to contact Icemat again this morning with no reply to my email, and the phone number which I attempted this morning and right before I clicked the submit button on the form once again gave me the "AT&T not in service message."
