From the fan manufacturer website I determined the air flow from the original fan. Next a chose a replacement fan to match the air flow. Drilled new holes to size and used new screws. This was the first AMD heatsink fan which gave me a whinning noise after about 6-12 months. My second AMD heatsink fan is no longer in use also. I switched to liquid cooling.
