Here's my dilema, I've got an Intel 850MV mobo that is extremely stable and a P4 1.6b Willamete....yeah I hate that I wasn't lucky enough to get the Northwood "a" version. Anyway with this particular motherboard there is absolutely no overclocking features at all on it, what would be a good "third party" software that would allow some overclocking options? I have heard that these procs have no problem with being pushed up to at least 2.2 GHz with the stock HSF. Although with the work I did on the heatsink (sanding, polishing and Artic Silver 2) my temp is between 32 and 36 C.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!
