Well as you can see in the attached image there is a better internet out there, but IE is preventing me from getting to it. What am I supposed to do?? :lol:

For those that don't realize it, that isn't actually IE giving that warning. It's an ad that spoofs IE's popup blocker. Sorry to spoil the fun. :P

considering he was at d3's site i would blame d3 on it as he dont like ie not found of mozilla i think but is over the top when it comes to opera :P

It's actually a bit of XML and CSS that mimic the IE "notifictaion bar" that was added with XPSP2. Visit in FF or Opera and life is good. :)
