Bosco Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Tonight Chris takes a look at the NZXT Kraken G10. Check out some of his impressive temps here: http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/kraken_g10/

red454 Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 I must be the odd-ball. I looked at all the reviews listed on the NZXT web page for the G10, and it appears that I am the only one who used a shorty card (GTX 670). All the other reviewers use long, full size cards that place the VRMs under the 92mm fan.

ccokeman Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Looking at it to me it seems that you can revers the mount on a 670 reference design and take care of that concern.

I tried that and it is a bit too long. Close, but it won't fit.
Waco Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 They can't test EVERY modified design manufacturers push out. Non-reference cards are always a crap-shoot with aftermarket cooling!

DanTheGamer11 Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 That scenario does bring a certain proverb to mind
Boinker Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Wow, That actually did better then I figured it would. Honestly Bravo to NZxt but where in gods name are the ram coolers, Oh yeah, the GPU cooler is too big to fit them around it. Ouch. It looks like it serves its purpose though. I would be shy to overclock the ram and im more curious what the Mosfet and ram temperatures were. Overall there will be nothing better then a full cover waterblock but I think in the budget market this thing will hold a place.
