My current rig is in a TJ08-E and I have just the front stock fan 180mm Penetrator and then a 120 on the radiator at the rear exhaust. Still running a Haswell at 4.2 Ghz and staying under 60C under heavy gaming load. My 7970 GHz is running at around 60C as well under load.

I voted 4 fans all 120mm

My case is a Raidmax IceCube. It has a rear 120mm fan and one in the PSU both for Exhaust. and I cut 2x120mm fans in the front floor of the case that are intake.... the case is dead silent and stays very cool... the only fan I ever hear in the CPU fan ((zalman 9700cnps) that will slightly ramp up after about 5 minutes for 100% cpu load...
