Hey all. My Corsair M60 has recently been acting weird. It will just stop randomly working and my cursor will not move, but the buttons still work. Can anyone help?

maybe its a faulty laser, have you installed the drivers and made sure to try another USB slot?

Update drivers

change USB port

check the laser

check mouse settings

make sure it's not on glass, but on a mouse pad of some sort

RMA it

Trash it

Or OP can sell it and if he's lucky he might receive some auto-upgrade of the product.

So I tried updating to the latest firmware, it says that it is successful, but the corsair software says that firmware info is NA. I tried twice to update it but it won't work.
