I believe you would have to do a 16 x 4 sli, pretty sure your second pcie slot will run at x4 not x 16. ![]()

it would be botlenecked, by a pretty big margin, the 7950 is a pretty fast card to begin with.
if i would give you an advise, sell that 7950 and go for the newer 7970ghz version (the one that was improved a short while ago)
you would not only benefit for having a singlecard instead of a multicard solution (benefits for having 1 card: no worry oncrossfire support, no micro stuttering, less heat, smaller chance on driver isues to name a few)
but you would probably max that cpu with that card, so you wont have a bottleneck to begin with.
i think a 7970 is the top of what an old phenom 2 can do in terms of perfomance, hell even my 4ghz 760 isnt completly keeping up with my gtx 480 :/
let alone an amd phenom II on a 7950 crossfire.

I guess it would be bottleneck'ed by 960T.
P.S. If you have any chance to upgrade the processor, get a 8350.

it would probably also be bottlenecked by the 8350, that 960t on 6 cores is faster clock for clock then that 8350, hell even the 8350 @4.5ghz is bottlenecked by the nvidia titan, let alone a dual-setup of 7950, which is, alot faster then the titan.

The answer is probably no......The word Bottleneck is used too much. Your good to go with twin cards. Pretty much everyone is guessing. if you are, it won't be a lot.

not really guessing, i have based my opinion on facts.
look up benchmarks on the titan and the 8530 vs 3770k or even the i5 3570k, both outperform the 8350.
so the 8350 is bottlenecked by the titan, and titan is definetly not faster then a dual 7950 so there is your answer.

8350 bottlenecking 2x HD7950? No way man!
My friend is using 2x 7950 vapor-x with overclocked 8350. (I don't know the clock frequency of his 8350)

you never did your research decent did you? ![]()
a 7950 crossfire is outperforming the gtx titan by a pretty big margin, if the titan is bottlenecked by the 8350 then it is obvious that the 8350 is also bottlenecking the crossfire cards, simple ;P
look it up, you will be suprised ![]()

I know its not a 7950CF and not a FX-8350 (single 6990 and FX-8150), but hope it helps anyway. ![]()

the 6990 isnt even compairable with the 7950 xD
the crossfire 7950 would obliterate with 50% better perfomance with ease lol
but a fun watch nonetheless xP
