You will need:
- RAM
- Power Supply Unit
- Hard Drive/SSD
- Case
- Fans
The board you have has an integrated AMD processor and integrated graphics, so other than that, you're set ![]()

You do not need a 400 watt power supply for this board, and it is ITX form factor.

You would have to research "quality" on these, the Antec is good. Supposedly the Rosewill, Thermaltake, are APEX in different appearance. Inwin is usually fair to good.
What are your intentions for this computer? An E350n is limited.

Another query: Do you really need ITX platform? Otherwise you can easily get MicroATX board with less amount of money.
