Do u think that lapping a v10 heat sink would make it worse? I lapped mine when I first got it and when I run occt for a test it stops right a way saying its to hot. Ive looked at my temps and they run very hot under load . Over 85deg. C.

Try reinstalling it, maybe something didn't seat properly.

poor lap job? I doubt its the coolers fault, I can't be making contact very well to be hotter than stock. Is the cpu lapped?

My idle temps are around 48-49 deg C. across all four cores @ 1.45v is jumps up very hi on loads.

Firstly, Thermal compound? what are you using ? next, how much are you using? after that, the fan on the V10, What's it running at? Full speed or low? Do any of you have this hs? If so how well does it cool at higher voltages. I'm at 1.46 vcore.
