Yea, you know the story... sister says laptop is dog slow (fact), I say alright I'll reformat it. Give her my external HDD to copy all her . onto, she copies her crap onto it, I format.
I hook up the external HDD, look... look again... turns out she only copied shortcuts to the various folders...
