I currently have a xfx 8200, and i updated the bios not to long ago to 1.2, my guess is it didnt take to well because ever since then its been funky but still working, tonight im going to update it to 1.3, just incase i brick it, which is probly a good possibility im looking at motherboards already, i know some of the better brands are Asus, Gigabyte, and MSI. But my brands in question are, Biostar, Foxconn, ECS, and DFI. do these companys make solid boards or should i steer clear of any particualr company, if its in my budget im def getting gigabyte hands down, but if not im gunna have to get something a little cheaper. Also i heard ASRock boards are good and are made by Asus and they are also a bit cheaper any info on them would be great to. Oh and any specific recommendations are also welcome i need a board that supports DDR2, i want a 790gx chipset.
