looking a decent clip/stand/ or lapel mic for team speak steam and skype, already have headphones that I like so a separate mic with a mute is preferable. budget $30 usd. wireless is a plus but not required.

Well my mic it quite good I think. It's a Logitech Desktop USB microphone. Here is what it looks like: http://www.johnlewis.com/jl_assets/product/230211750.jpg

It's cheap and has excellent quality. It's not wireless though. The stand is heavier for more stability. No software required, it's a plug and play. I just didn't like that it's usb so I couldn't use it with my sound card but the usb version is very good. A friend of mine has the old version that plugs in the mic plug...it's been discontinued though.
