Oh yeah, texture corruption. I had this problem with my old 5900XT with a 5950U soft mod when I clocked it too high. Did you OC your card by chance? Get better cooling for your video card or downclock it a bit. If neither action fixes the problem, you should look at getting a new card. If you haven't OCed it and it does this, then you should look at RMAing your card.
